How to make bushes bloom in Animal Crossing?

How to get camellia bushes in ACNH?

I have never had these before and I can't figure out how to get them in my yard.

They are kind of neat and look nice when they bloom. They are the same color as the leaves but the leaves don't come out until the very end.

Advertisement. It looks like you need something called a camellia bush but I am not sure how you get them. I would like to have one.

If you mean the Camellia willametteensis (we have several of these)I recommend planting them on the north or east sides of your house with 2-3 feet between them, and about 1/2 inch of soil between the roots. I also suggest planting in full sun and no more than 3 hours of direct sunlight each day. The trees should be planted in October or early November, after all danger of frost has passed.

After a few years, camellias will become beautiful shrubs or small trees, and they often produce several small, delicious and sweet camellia fruits, which make a wonderful addition to the fruits and vegetables you eat. They can live as long as 30-40 years, but you should water your tree regularly (once a week in hot weather, twice a week in cold weather). If you do have problems with pests, use good quality pesticides (do not use poisons that kill everything! Keep your leaves clipped short as they grow, and cut off branches that are touching the ground. When you prune, leave 3-4 leaves for every branch, and allow new growth to fill in the holes. Remove dead or diseased parts from the tree, and apply good quality fertilizer if it needs it.

Thanks for this info. What is the best fertilizer for them? How much would I put? and then what kind of watering? How does sunlight effect them? What is the best time of the year to plant them in the ground? Is it just the summer they should be in the ground? And do they like the same soil as roses? When are they full grown? The best time to plant them in the ground is Fall, when you are ready to dig your hole for planting.

Hi, everyone.

Why aren't my azaleas blooming in ACNH?

I planted several azaleas in ACNH.

I fertilized with a fertilizer and a soil test showed that my soil is good and that the pH is around 7.4. Now it's early April and not one of the azaleas are blooming. I'm at a loss for what might be the reason. The azaleas are all planted in the same pot. Can anyone give me a clue as to what might be wrong? I don't have any disease or disease symptoms.

I assume you've been fertilizing, but are not sure of the exact fertilizer or the dose? I'd ask your landscape professional. My guess is the fertilization is too high - a fertilizer's rate will include directions on the package for dosage. I believe you want a slow release fertilizer. You'll also want to see a soil test, as it may be the fertilizer is too high in Nitrogen. Do you have a very sandy soil that tends to drain?

Is your azalea planted in an acidic soil? Azaleas prefer soils with an acidity of 6-8. If you have more than a few inches of topsoil, then it's not acid, but if you have a hardpan, you might want to try some organic matter. Or try mixing up a lot of well rotted manure, like cow manure, with peat moss and sand, in a 1:1 ratio. Put down a couple of inches of this mixture around each azalea, and see if they respond by flowering.

Re: ? Thank you for responding. I fertilized with a fertilizer recommended by a landscape professional. I didn't know the dosage and the only directions I have are for the amount of fertilizer to use in a given pot. The azaleas are planted in the same container and there is no hardpan in the soil.

The soil tests showed that the soil was alkaline and neutral. In my research, I found that an algicide was the best way to control Phosphorus. That is why I used a fertilizer with an algicide.

You should use an azalea-specific fertilizer.
