Why won't NordVPN connect to obfuscated servers?

I'm trying to set up NordVPN on my new laptop running Windows 10.

I've set up the connection through the web-based installer with a username/password, but for some reason it won't connect to any of the obfuscated servers. It says that I can't use them because they require a client, but I can see that they're available in the list of servers. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I would post a screenshot but I don't have enough reputation to post images. Sorry if that's not enough info. I really don't have a lot of time atm, but if someone wants to give it a try then you can just install the software on your computer and connect through that, or you can just download the installer.

When I type in my username and password in the "settings" box, it connects to the server, but when I enter the servers it says "The server requested a client." and gives me a list of servers. I've tried various combinations of servers and it just doesn't connect. I don't know what else to do. I've checked and there's nothing wrong with my firewall settings. How to turn on obfuscated servers in NordVPN iOS?

I'm using NordVPN with my iPhone 6, and it works perfectly, but the problem is that I can only connect to servers that have turned on obfuscation (which I do not understand). If I start the app, it connects directly to the server with a green sign, and no obfuscation occurs.
