Why can't I turn off my VPN on my phone?
I'm running an Android device, the Samsung Galaxy S6. When I go to System Settings and click "VPN" to make sure that the settings aren't turned off, the "Enable VPN on Wi-Fi" box in red is checked. I checked this because I didn't want to have to use data over a VPN.
The device is running a service called OpenVPN that is used for both the VPN and for data traffic. You can force kill it using this method. However I would recommend that you use the official Android app from Verizon to control it () instead of just trying to kill it with the Terminal. This should give you better control over what happens to it.
How do I find VPN on Samsung s20?
I would like to get a VPN on Samsung S20 and the problem I have is that when I go to Settings > More > Network & WiFi, VPN is not listed under the list of network providers, but it is in the list for mobile networks.
How can I get it to work? ? There's no way to configure VPN on Samsung S20. So, just set up VPN on another device (say, Samsung S9) and transfer the settings to S20 using Samsung Kies. It'll work perfectly fine.
Source: Do not buy Samsung S20. It is absolutely useless. I am sure most of you agree with me.
But I am still willing to buy it and use it. I know I will be disappointed, but I have to give it a try.
There are so many things I am missing in this phone that makes it unusable for me. The worst part is I cannot use my VPN. I can connect to my VPN server through my laptop but if I connect it to my phone, it won't work. And there is no way I can
