I believe the problem is on your end. My Samsung TV shows me "cannot connect to the network". So I went to your website and saw that it is not compatible with Samsung Tv's. It may have something to do with Samsung Tv's if you don't have a modem, and the "cannot connect to the network" error.

If you have an external modem, you will need to plug it in. Check the connections and make sure you know what your modem is plugged into. If it is plugged into the USB port, you will need to update the firmware to make sure it is compatible with Samsung's tv. This is a one-time thing. Then, your tv should work normally.
