I've been talking a lot about NBC lately, mostly because they don't seem to care about the community they have built up on social media over the years.

I don't expect them to change on that front anytime soon. But the other night, I did see a tweet from a fan saying, There is a new show on NBC in 2025! When will it start?

I said, The fact that there was one more after all those years, even in such high demand, is an absolutely perfect response to the question. This is what it would be like to live through a time machine. They come up with a brand-new time travel series out of thin air.

They may not have created this exact series yet, but that doesn't mean they won't. They may even have already started filming. A lot of writers, actors and production people got their starts because of NBC shows like this. I want to remind you that the new show is set in 2025. As such, we are all about a decade away from this happening. I also want to remind you that everything we hear about is on the showrunner's mind. Not mine. Not any fan's. Just their minds. That's why we aren't getting information from them. We're just hearing stuff because they think that's where it will end up. And they may be right.

What's different about a new time travel series? Let's examine some new shows that didn't exist yet in 2025. In a way, it's like watching a science fiction movie or a fantasy story come into existence. We know that the writer has written a book for the world. It may be finished. But even if it's not done yet, there will be an ending. There are also a lot of people who will want to see it on the screen. So there will be people on this project until it's all complete. I wonder if there is some kind of plan for the irrational to come back? Some way that they can use the irrational as a way to help get more people to join a particular team organization. I also wonder if they are trying to create some kind of new world order here? The name for it is "Maoism" and a good book to read about is "Maoism in Action". I am not a supporter of Maoism but it does offer a clue as to what a new world order might look like.

There's something about this. We know we will be judged by our actions in the end. Why should the irrational be any different?

If you are going to create a new world order, it should be rational.

The cast will reunite for the first time since the show's finale in 2025. How it will be different from the past four seasons: The show will star Will & Grace, who are now gay men. She doesn't need a team because she doesn't have time for it. But she certainly needs help and has to rely on a well-trained team to do the grunt work and get the information.

There's a lot of room in the genre for both crime dramas and procedural dramas. This show is closer to a procedural than some of the most popular cop shows that have come out lately.
