Can I get VPN for Windows 7?

I have recently decided to migrate to Windows 7 and I am very happy with it. I want to get the VPN functionality on my Windows 7 machine as it works great on Windows 8. My questions are. What is the best VPN for Windows 7, I know about Express VPN and Windows 8 VPN. Can I use Express VPN for Windows 7 or do I have to change some setting? I am not sure how to use it.
Will it work when I connect to a corporate network or do I have to create an account on the corporate VPN? I had issues with the Express VPN for Windows 7 as it does not work on my computer. It worked fine on my laptop but it never worked on my desktop. Now, when I try to download Express VPN for Windows 7 I get the message that the software is no longer available.
I have been trying to find a solution for this but all I get is that Express VPN for Windows 7 is not available for download. Is it really not available? I have tried to find a VPN for Windows 7 that works on my computer but I have only found one. This one is called Hideman VPN for Windows 7.
However, it is an adware app and whenever I go to start the app it shows me a popup box and I cannot close it. It just keeps appearing everytime I try to start the app. I have tried removing the app but it still appears everytime I try to start the app.

It is not possible for anonymous user to connect to a VPN using only the graphical interface. You will need to be connected with a user account, or connect from a trusted location.
To connect to the remote server you need to be able to log into the VPN's administrative interface. If you are already logged into the administrative interface then it should ask you to enter a username and password. If you aren't then the remote server probably has a username/password page where you can enter your credentials.
I think it's just click on "Connect". "Connect to a vpn". Then choose internet sharing option. And it works!
