How do I cancel my IPVanish subscription?
With IPVanish, you don't have to cancel your subscription if you change your mind or want to switch to a different package.
You can simply select a new package without interrupting your service.
If you are on a prepaid plan or an auto-renewal plan, your subscription is not automatically renewed at the end of your initial subscription period. You will need to contact us to cancel your subscription and deactivate your service.
If you are on an auto-renewal plan, you can renew your subscription at any time before the end of the initial subscription period by going to the Order Details page and then clicking on the Renew button. We will notify you when your renewal is complete.
