How do I activate my Nord account?

Open the Nord app on your iPhone, Android or Windows device. If you haven't already done so, you'll need to set up your Nord account first. How to activate NordPass?

If you use NordPass and do not know how to activate it, there are certain steps that you need to follow.

NordPass is for use as an activation for NordPass-enabled websites. If you activate NordPass without having a unique activation code, then your NordPass account will be activated for the website you visit.

To activate NordPass with your NordPass keycode: Click on your NordPass icon located in your browser address bar on the top right side of your screen. Select "Link to my account". Enter your code on the form. You will be redirected to a secure page where your purchase data will be sent. Activate your NordPass account by entering your NordPass activation code into the field on the page. You can check if NordPass is activated by following these steps again. If you have your NordPass activation code, then please copy it from the email and paste it into the field. Click on the question mark icon on your account homepage and choose the "Activate" tab. Make sure that the link to your NordPass account is still active and green. If the link to your NordPass account is grey, it means that you forgot to activate it. In this case, try to reactivate it. If the activation failed, you will have to wait for the next reset, where you will be given the chance to reset your NordPass again.

Please note: In the NordPass activation form, your NordPass ID (email) must match the one that you entered earlier when registering. You can check if it matches by visiting the NordPass homepage. How to activate NordVPN on another device?

Hi guys, I can't seem to be able to activate the NordVPN app on my new iPhone SE.

On the old iPhone 8, it works just fine, but not on the SE. I have double checked the permissions of the app, and both phones are signed in with the same Apple ID (which is why I do not believe this is a problem with signing in).

I also tried activating the app using the iPhone VPN software, and it says the same thing - "This item is already associated with an account", but there are no other VPNs to choose from. Any ideas? Also, if you go to your network settings on your Mac, and under mobile settings you set it to use the VPN, how is that set? If it's not automatic, when you connect, do you get prompted for a password or something?

That's pretty much exactly how my phone is set up. When I go to a WiFi hotspot, it is automatically set to use the VPN, and the password doesn't even have to be entered. The phone connects using the VPN and the hotspot as well.

If I understand the above correctly, it sounds like the VPN isn't being used on your current network. You're connected to your home network through it, but your other devices aren't?
