I am attempting to download a specific spreadsheet file from Google Drive to my computer.

When I go to the View Only option, it asks for a username and password. I have tried putting in my work email address, but that does not work. I am wondering how I can download this file in the view only option.

You can always save something like a copy of the video to your drive, then send it as a link to yourself to watch later. But this doesn't count towards the quota, and requires that you have an active subscription to google drive.

If you use their free tier, and if you don't do anything else in the way of video production, then maybe you could switch to a more open video sharing service like youtube. I know that their bandwidth cap is still higher than the standard definition tier, but I think there is no size limit at the very least.
