Does gua sha actually tighten skin?
I love this product and I think it's a great idea.
I wonder though, if it can actually do what it claims to do? I mean my face has never felt tight but it's gotten tighter after I've used it. Is this due to the fact that I'm just not using it right or is it working?
Hi, Gua Sha does tighten the skin if done properly. It does increase blood flow and the nutrients and oxygen flow to the area. If done right, it will tighten the skin, so it should work. But if you are not applying the Gua Sha to the area correctly, it won't tighten your skin.
So you're saying I don't need to use it on my face to get tighter skin? I want to use it all the time because it sounds like it would be great for my neck. Should I not use it for my neck? I don't want to have wrinkles because I don't have any yet. Is gua sha really good for that? Thanks for the answers. I think I'm going to use it because it sounds like it's supposed to be great for my neck and I don't want wrinkles in my neck.
Yes, if you use it properly, it can tighten the skin. I did some research on the internet, and it says that Gua Sha does tighten the skin. It also says that it can tighten the skin and even remove wrinkles. I think that it's good for tightening the skin and it can be used to remove wrinkles.
Does it matter what the gua sha tool is made of?
Or whether you have tried it or not?
Because I am saying that if we take care of our body with diet and health, we know what to do, there is no need to look for magic ways. But many like me can not do without the gua sha tool (like a pen, pencil or any object) to help in relieving their stress. So even for those who are just using for relaxation purpose on the weekend and only when time permit, I am telling them they have got more than sufficient. You still want to know if someone using it in wrong way as per the recommendation of an expert then that will definitely make things even worse.
But some others think that it will give pain to his/her head. If that's true, I do not know how to give pain with something like this where you just wrap it like one cloth around your head for 15 seconds. In between you just hold it lightly and move it for another 15 seconds. That's all. And most people say that it feels quite good too. That's enough right?
The gua sha tool is very different from other techniques. Many people feel like it's painful but actually it will not even hurt at all. I was doing the routine by watching many videos and I always thought that it's strange when the guy put it into people's head and you could see that they felt so sad as the whole process went on.
On the contrary, I actually prefer not to use this one. Some people recommend rubbing it on back of the head, but I am scared of it since my doctor suggested me to do with my head which I am still hesitant about. I have tried this technique but it felt like a rubber band and I didn't see how I feel relieved. It seemed to be rather unpleasant because it was too hard to take and hold for so long.
For example, do you really have to get rid of your entire body to get rid of all kinds of tension from head toe? Yes, yes and no! As what I told earlier, I do not recommend you to go with all out detoxification. It's good for general health but if you really want to rid of anxiety, it won't work. You should do step by step approach. If you want to get rid of this anxiety attack, get out of that situation (e.

If you know anything about Taoist medicine, you would have heard of the eight treasures and nine elixirs.
When it comes to Gua sha, I believe there are five questions to ask yourself.

After years of suffering with excruciating neck, arm, and knee pain, I took Gua Sha as my own personal therapy and my life changed forever. I am not a doctor or a registered acupuncturist and I am not suggesting that I can diagnose any patient. I am just sharing my journey, so that you may share yours. Gua Sha has helped me tremendously, and I want to do the same for you.
