Why won t my Sling TV let me log in?

When I signed up for the service, it told me that I was missing a device.

I tried to use my iPad and it worked perfectly. However, when I went to use the same iPad to sign in and it didn't work. I tried my new iPhone XR but it wasn't recognizing it. When I signed up for Sling TV, I had to log in with my Amazon account. So, I decided to try to do that and it didn't work either. Now I have no idea how to sign in to my account on Sling TV.
