How to get latitude and longitude on phone?

I am a beginner and I am trying to get the latitude and longitude on android phone. My problem is that I can only find some android phones are not available online search. And I do not know how to test to see if the phone is available in order to make my code work.

If you're going to use this for more than just a single location, it would be more practical to store the location in a database and use that to geolocate queries. Geocoding seems a bit complicated for your purpose, but maybe it will work for you.

If you're referring to the cell phone numbers, I'm pretty sure they are saved in the contacts database. I don't think Google offers any way of getting the phone numbers from the contacts database.
