A few years ago, we asked the same question to the most interesting people we could find.

Now we're back with a fresh new survey! This time around, we asked the questions to the creators of awesome shows on Netflix. We've picked a bunch of series that are just as good now as they were back then and now with more content to chew on.

This is the ultimate list of the best series on Netflix that you should watch ASAP! It's a list that is going to be updated constantly so it's worth checking back from time to time. So if you want a specific show to be considered for this article, please add it in the comments section below! Thanks to everyone who participated in our survey and read this article. It was really fun reading all your thoughts about what you would like to see as part of this list.

Top 10. Season: 1. Episodes: 16. Views/Recs: 12.9 million Last season: The showrunners of Riverdale (CW) have delivered a series that was both a little weird and a lot fun, bringing together all the various elements of a fun show like this without relying too much on trying to keep a single focus one thing. It also gave us some beautiful visual ideas and lots of great character moments. All of that is on display in this show, which is very close to perfection.

Top 11. Views/Recs: 7.5 million Last season: A story that explores all sorts of themes including friendship, family, love, hate, and identity this is yet another great show on Netflix. The season also brought us some beautiful visual ideas and tons of memorable performances, especially from Jim Parsons as Sheldon and the always funny Lea Michele as Amy.

Top 12. Views/Recs: 3.6 million Last season: Yes, it's a little bit slow at times but that doesn't matter.

What's the hottest series on Netflix right now?

Is it The Crown, the new season of House of Cards?

Or maybe Better Things, which premiered last month? The third season of Fleabag is a hot commodity right now, and the third season of Daredevil premiered earlier this month, too.

The world of television is still full of great drama, but Netflix has a bit of a head start on the competition. A number of series are available to stream in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America (the service is adding more of those later this year), but if you're a cord-cutter, only one streaming service is good enough for you. So whether you're looking to catch up with a series you missed out on, or want to watch a new show, Netflix has you covered.

It's hard to say exactly where Netflix stands among streaming services now, because some of its original programming isn't available outside of the U., and its originals are still expanding abroad. The company has announced plans to offer the service in Spain, Japan, and Portugal later this year, and in early 2025, it will release the service in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. In the UK and Ireland, the service will launch in March 2025 with around 40 percent of the content available in the U.

The future of streaming services in the U. Is uncertain right now. Apple, Amazon, and YouTube have made their intentions clear for the next few years, and the company may need to look elsewhere to grow if its current efforts don't bear fruit. It's been a while since Netflix won big at E3, but the company is already preparing for its next fightone that will take place on your television.

Our pick for the best show on Netflix is House of Cards, a dark and compelling political drama about power, deception, and manipulation. Netflix has always struggled to establish its brand as a streaming service with original content. It was able to score huge with House of Cards, but since then, Netflix has had trouble making big splashes that make a big impactit was Netflix's first-ever scripted series that didn't win an Emmy, after all. The most recent addition to the series, The Ranch, was a huge hit among critics, but not nearly as much of a hit with consumers.
