How do I turn off Screen Time restrictions on iPad?
I have an iPad on which the screen time settings are not available to me.
I see this in "Control Center" app. But I am not able to find that option anywhere in Settings app or Control Center app. I have also updated to iPadOS 13.4 but it's still not working.

Uncheck the box next to Access to Screen Time. I believe this will also affect the settings of the new Kids app.

I have a 9g iPad that I bought after the new upgrade came out (so I can't change the settings on my previous 8g version). However I am restricted to 10 apps per day on the iPad, but I have no clue how to turn this off. Is there a special app to disable restrictions or is there something in the iPad setting? That didn't make any sense to me since it was already 8:30 in the evening when I went to bed. I figured I must have gone to sleep early that night, but after two hours of sleep I woke up again and realized I had slept for a total of 2 hours, which was far from enough to compensate for the stress of the day. When I realized this, I did what I always do when I wake up too late, which is to turn off my alarm clock. However, even though I turned it off, I kept waking up until 11:30 a.m. What should have happened was that my sleep schedule would have been interrupted, but when I turned off my alarm clock at 8:30, my mind and body were still in a state of being asleep, so I would have awakened later, not earlier. This is called sleep inertia, or a state of feeling sleep but not really sleeping.
What happened in that case was that I turned off my alarm clock, which was programmed to wake me up at 8:30, and I was still feeling sleep inertia at that time. That was why I was still sleeping at 11:30. The problem was that I would not feel sleepy until the next day. Even though I felt sleepiness, it wasn't enough to stop me from staying up until the next morning.
When you experience sleep inertia, you may have thoughts like, I will never be able to go to sleep tonight, or I am not tired and don't want to get up, or even, I am going to stay up all night. But at some point, it's better to think about going to sleep. As long as you remain in the state of sleep inertia, you will continue to stay awake. If you do want to go to sleep, it's best to try to do so before going to sleep, because that is when your body will begin to shift to the state of being awake. But if you keep remaining in a state of being asleep, it is very likely that you will end up sleeping for a longer time than expected.
