In Sling TV, problems can arise from your internet service provider (ISP), an issue with your Roku device, or an actual programming issue. If you're experiencing a problem with our services, we offer three ways to get in touch with us. All of the information you'll need is included in the details section of each form. Once you fill it out, click Submit.
Report a Technical Issue. After signing in to Sling TV through your Roku device, you can report technical issues by: Click on Reports > Technical Issues. Call Support. When trying to call us on the phone, you can: Find us through Sling TV by searching the Sling Menu > Phone. From the app menu, select Contact Us and then select the option that applies. Ask your Sling TV support expert about your concern. The Sling community includes talented people who can help you resolve most issues and help answer your questions. If they are unable to provide resolution, they can at least assist you in getting started.
Submit an Online Issue. When Sling TV does not function as expected, you can submit an online issue by going to: Visit this page by clicking on Sling TV menu > Submit an issue. Once you are signed in, select any issue you are encountering from our list. Then select either Report another complaint about content or choose other if you aren't encountering the issue.

How do I cancel my Sling TV membership?
After you pay your monthly Sling TV subscription fee via credit card, Sling TV will assign a PIN number to that payment and that PIN is required to log into your account at www.

My Sling TV account is being suspended. What can I do? Suspension means that your Sling TV account has been paused while we review whether to allow you to continue service and for how long. You should receive email notification of the suspension when you activate or activate within 15 days of activation, and then again immediately after 45 days. Please contact us if you don't get a reminder at least one hour prior to the start of your next period for which you have a premium monthly membership. We will work with you on the best resolution so you may continue to enjoy Sling TV. Additionally, your subscription will be terminated based on the rules set forth below.
If you continue to use Sling TV services after your subscription has been terminated, we will deduct from your next billing cycle (30 days after the initial deduction for cancellation, 30 days after each cancellation from your next billing cycle) a pro-rated charge for each of your premium services and other services you've paid for since you initially subscribed; these would include, but are not limited to those paid for with VISA, MasterCard, DISCOVER, American Express, Diner's Club or Discover Card, or similar. We apply the pro-rated charge to whatever balance is available at the time your statement is processed. If insufficient charges are available to fully offset the pro-rated charges, all funds deducted from the account will be returned to the applicable credit card used for payment of your subscription.00 per month per package. This rule only applies to charges made after our review of your billing history.
Your subscription may be terminated in the event you fail to comply with any of the terms or conditions set forth here. In that case, no pro-rated charge would be applied from that billing cycle for any reason. Your account will also be terminated if your account exceeds the permitted limit.
