Why is my Signal app not verifying?

This app was verified, but I have no idea why.

I am getting this message every time I update it: "App verification completed." I think this is a pretty important issue because I am not sure how many people are going to be able to use the app if it is not verifed. As you can see in this screenshot of your app, your app is currently unverified. You need to verify your app to get rid of that "unverified" message.

You have three options: If your app has only one build target, click on your app, then go to the Build Settings. Make sure you have both "Build Active Architecture Only" and "Build with Xcode Build Servers" selected.

If your app has more than one build target, and you want to select just one for verification, make sure that the target that you want to check is selected in the dropdown menu at the top right of the window. If you want to verify multiple targets, select all of them in the dropdown menu at the top right of the window.

Why is my Signal QR code not working?

After some research, I found out that the QR codes are not very supported on iOS.

But I still couldn't find any solution. I read a lot of articles about it and I found that Apple is developing a native QR code reader for iOS. So I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it didn't work.

I followed the instructions on the developer page: Download the library. Put the libqrencode.a file in your project folder Link the library. The library should be automatically linked by XCode. It didn't work for me. So I had to add the libqrencode.a to the Link Binary With Libraries section of the Build Phases tab. Then I added the following to the Target's Build Settings:

Linking flags. Also I had to add these to the Linker's Other Linker Flags: lqrencode. It didn't work. The app crashed when I tried to decode a QR code. It turns out that the crash was from the library. I made a little change to the code and it worked. It was a bit strange to me. So I just wanted to share it with you.
@jhjhc: I use a library called QRCodeReaderViewController and it works fine. I have implemented it in my project and it works as expected. It is a sample code that you can use.

It works fine on my iOS device. It has been working fine for a long time now.

So far, I have noticed any issues when scanning QR codes on iOS devices. But sometimes, if the scan is a bit slow or if the device has low battery, the scan fails. This is not because of the library but because of the iOS device itself. I have tested this on an iPhone 5s and iPhone 6s.

Why is my Signal app not working on my iPhone?

I recently bought a new iPhone 6 Plus and have been having some problems with Signal.

How to update Signal app on iPhone?

When you want to let someone know that you're using Signal, you can just select the contact, tap "Sending", and "Send". They get a notification about your presence when you send the message. From there, you can also customize their notification settings and even leave a message. It's also pretty easy to share the text you've sent and make it public, or private.
