Which free VPN app is safe?

Is any of them safe to use?

I don't like having to pay for a VPN service, but I'm looking to use a free one if there is one out there. I've read online that NordVPN is the best, but is it safe to use? Do they log any data? I need this feature because I do live streams and have to be in certain countries in order to not be banned by some country. It's for some other reason too but I won't go into detail on it.
