Wally Wingert is a fictional character in the long-running American animated television series The Simpsons, voiced by actor Wally Wingert.

He was originally voiced by actor Rob Riggle from Season 1 to 11, then by actor Jason Bateman from Season 12 to 25. Riggle returned for the show's 30th anniversary special, and reprised the role for all of season 26 and all of season 27, making him the only actor to voice the character since the show's debut.

Biography. In the beginning. Wally first appears in The Simpsons at the end of the first season's "Whacking Day". He is a middle-aged, overweight man who is a friend of Homer's, but he is a bully to both Bart and Lisa. He is voiced by Rob Riggle, who also voices his brother, Phil, in the show.
