If I go through the top ten countries, it seems that the best single name is in France, with two names, "Sophie Marceau" and "Sophie Ruelle". Of course, I'm not sure how accurate this is. The closest I can get to a single name country is Japan, with "Haruna Tomioka". It may be possible to find a single name country where people have used just one name on Facebook, but I haven't found one yet. I didn't find any country with just one name on Twitter either.
