How do I bypass Family Link lock?

What to do if parental control is not working?

This is a question that I have recently become more interested in.

Parents, I know, you are tired of not being able to control your children. No, we can't turn off their iphones (thank goodness), but here is a trick to make sure they don't use it on weekends.

Have you tried locking the cell phone in the house or your car? You have probably heard about kids who borrow their parents cell phone. They think they are going to be just fine using the phone in the car or even in the house if no one is looking. Well, you can easily turn off the service on your phone and make it impossible for them to use it without your permission. In order to turn off the cell phone you need to go to the phone's main menu and then tap on network and settings. From there you can turn off the cell phone.

Parents, you may be wondering how this trick works. The short answer is that the phone will not work if it is locked inside a car or house. This has been tested, and there really is no other way to turn off a phone unless the owner unlocks it.

So, now you know that the cell phone will not work inside a car or house, but is it possible for them to just use the phone in a place where you cannot watch? Of course, you cannot follow them everywhere they go, but is there any way to be sure that they don't use the phone in places where you cannot see them? The answer is yes! You can make the cell phone only work on specific days and times. So, let's say your child is going to a baseball game. You know that they will need to use their phone to text during the game. Now, when they go to the game you know they will not be able to use their phone. The trick is that you can program the phone to only work between certain times and on certain days. What if you programmed the phone so that it was available to use on Friday nights from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM? The child will not be able to use the phone while at the baseball game. Now, when they come home from the game they can't use the phone.

How do I get my Family Link parent access code?

If you have a child who attends your school, and if you know your child's enrollment number, simply go to the family link website, enter your child's enrollment number, click "View Details," and you'll be presented with an access code. This access code can be entered in your child's Family Link user profile in the account settings area.

Note: You may enter your own access code. If so, enter the 4-digit number that appears on the top right side of the screen. The 4-digit number is located above the enrollment number. You are not required to use your child's enrollment number.

How do I find out my enrollment number? Your enrollment number can be found at the top of your student's record in Google Chrome. When viewing the enrollment number (after logging in), open your browser's JavaScript console by clicking your browser's Tools menu, selecting JavaScript Console and then clicking Open. Click the Refresh button, and the enrollment number should appear. A similar process can be followed for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Once you enter your access code, you will be able to view your child's records. When my child is enrolled at two schools, does Family Link work for both schools? When I login to family link, I get a message saying an access code was not assigned to me. I have enrolled my child at both schools. Do I need to fill out a form for each school, or am I doing something wrong?

A parent will need two different access codes: one for the primary school, and another for the secondary school. The access code can be entered into the Family Link website for the primary school. If there is more than one primary school, you will need two different access codes for each school. In this case, when accessing FamilyLink.com, you will be asked which primary school to access.

As the parent/guardian, you will need to create a separate user name for the secondary school. If you have the access code for the secondary school, you will be prompted to enter it. Once it is entered, you will have the option to use the link for the secondary school.
