I was very unhappy when I first got the phone and I tried to get them to help me. I had gotten a little upset and had to leave the store because the sales person told me to wait a few days (the phone was dead after 2 minutes of being out). I tried to call them to get help but they said they didn't know anything about the phone or how to fix it.
I was told that the phone was sold out and that if I was willing to wait a month I would get a new phone (it was a month and half before they finally decided to give me the phone back). I was willing to wait a month so I waited.
I was told again that it was sold out and I should go to Best Buy or something. I asked why I couldn't call them and they didn't know why they couldn't answer my questions. They just knew that the phone was sold out and they could not help me.
They did tell me that they would call me the next time it was sold out. It has been a year now and I still haven't gotten the call. It's pretty easy to find out if there's a sale going on at Best Buy (it's pretty easy to figure out when they have a sale) but how hard is it to just tell me if I have a chance of getting the phone?
