How do I give permission on Family Link?

Why am I not getting my child's app requests on Family Link?

I have a child enrolled in Family Link, and I keep getting the "request submitted" notification, but my app requests are not going through.

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago, and restarted my device. I now have a new problem.

I want to be able to control what devices my kid can use, but Family Link doesn't let me choose (and I can't find any settings that let me do it). My kid has an iPhone 4s, and an iPad. The requests aren't going through on either.

I also tried enrolling them on the family portal, but I couldn't find a way to get to the portal, and even if I could get there, it didn't let me log in. Has anyone else had this problem? I'd really like to be able to control what devices my kids use to connect to the internet, but I haven't found a way to do it. This is a known issue. We are working on a fix. I am not sure when this will be available to all users, but we will update here as soon as it is available.
