4) I signed into an Admin account and moved the .dmp file.
When logging in as my own user again, I had no access. Now I'm not sure what more I can do. Is it possible the user admin account is "locked" because someone else has signed in to it without me and it's preventing me from logging in to my own user? I want to know who my user administrator is so I can contact him to make sure I have access to my domains again. If you have any ideas, please let me know - thank you!
