What are examples of communications sources?
Communication sources. Communications sources play a vital role in the field of Information and Communication Technology. The term 'communications source' is used to explain, explain all kind of devices or equipment having ability to communicate.
Types of communications. Today we know and use hundreds of varieties of communication devices. There are many types of communications sources and that makes it confusing for us at times. When we talk about these topics let's get all the details clear.
GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) - Used mobile phone calls across multiple telecom networks. USB( Universal Serial Bus)- Used the cable with multiple port connectors to connect your devices, such as USB flash drives. IP Telephony - Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) - VoIP is another type of communication for voice communications. In VoIP, all audio and video signals are compressed before being sent from your PC to the Internet.
Bluetooth - Used Wireless Connection Technology to connect devices like headphones, cellphones, speakers, or personal digital assistants together. Wi-Fi - Short-range radio waves used by devices to create wireless networking to local area networks and the Internet. Cellphones - Mobile phones are devices capable of connecting and receiving a signal from any one of dozens of GSM and CDMA technology wireless networks. They also have the capability to transmit and receive text messages or emails, including multimedia content. These devices are usually found on the person's hand or in a pocket
Wired Local Area Networks - LANs are computer networks that are usually built on physical wiring. LANs have advantages that you can connect multiple computers together so you can work from a group or use one for multiple purposes. These can be internal or external depending on the need. LANs can also be connected to other LANs so you can join other LAN networks.
Mobile Data Network (CDMA and GSM) - CDMA and GSM are cellular data standards that are now widely used worldwide. These are radio frequency technology used to send text, photographs, music, videos, and other content via mobile phones and the World Wide Web.
Wireless Access Points (WAPs) - A wireless access point is a device which connects wireless devices to the internet.
What is the source of communication?
Our understanding of the human being's need to be heard is the first communication.
It is this need that creates the feeling of needing to be heard; it is this need that drives our communication in a direction that can become addictive to us.
The more we receive information, the higher our feeling of being needed and the more this drive gets intensified. In this way a person is unable to stop the flow of knowledge and communication for even a moment.
But is there really such a thing as real or virtual communication? Isn't there only one form of communication, namely: I communicate with you? No, there is no need to use terms like "real" and "virtual". When we communicate with each other, either the real communication or the virtual communication, we are not aware that there is even another possibility to reach the recipient through our communication. But when we are not yet fully aware of another possibility, we have chosen to remain in this communication and not to reach the other person through different ways. And why not? Why would anyone bother trying to reach the recipient in a new way, if in all other communications, he or she is reached perfectly well through the same means? So, if we consider all communications between two or more people, the same communication is always chosen by each one of them at some point. We will explain all these in detail in the following chapter.
We will call any communication that we choose unconsciously with someone else as real communication. And the reverse would apply to any communication that we unconsciously chose not to have with someone else.
What happens if we want to hear more and talk about more than one subject? This would create an almost unbearable pressure on us to receive information and communication. The more we receive information, the more we feel the urge to communicate. And we are unable to limit this need to be heard because the more we listen to different messages and try to combine them in our mind, the more we realize that we cannot stop listening to the different messages.
And yet we know how to communicate in everyday life. If we need to reach someone through our words, we will communicate to him/her at that time and place. On this basis we understand that the source of communication is not limited to hearing voices, which we may attribute to spirits, gods or even some entity we want to be communicating with.
How many sources of communication are there?
By Mark S.
Allen The first is direct speech, that which is uttered with the lips or hands, and can therefore be interpreted. The second, indirect speech, is the indirect meaning of what is spoken, that is the inferences that we can draw about it from hints or indications that it gives in the context. Both are of great value to the intelligent thinker. But there are also many sources of communication that lie beyond these two modes. In fact, our use of signs, of symbols of every sort, is a third mode of communication. It is important to recognize them all. What we put into signs is not only what we speak; it is often what we feel, think, remember, and imagine. And yet, the use of signs has now become as second nature to us as speech, and perhaps more natural.
These various modes of communicating must be carefully distinguished, for they work in a different manner and with a different result. All modes have a limit. We have only a limited ability to talk and so we have only a limited capacity for understanding; but when we look at a thing by means of the imagination, we do not only see it, we feel it, and we love it.
The first mode of communication, when words are said aloud, is direct speech. In it, people have to use their mouths or tongues or the equivalent; but it is, of course, the most common way of using language. People think aloud and talk aloud, usually to themselves, and sometimes to others. When they use words, they expect others to understand and to respond with some degree of exactness. This is the only sure way of using language. If I have read you a play, then I have told you what I want you to know. I have used language. I would not dare not to use language to tell you what I think and to persuade you of my views. Even if I did not have to, I would still communicate. I would speak with my thoughts, if only I knew how to speak. But no one knows this. There is no language that speaks through all the forms of expression that are given in society. There are many languages, all of which are used, and all of which may be misunderstood. There is a language of love and another of anger. There is a language of joy and another of sadness. There is a language of desire and another of fear.
What are the components of communication source?
And, why is it necessary for this study to include the components of quality as well?
According to this model, the components of communication source are the following.
It is necessary for doctors to understand various diseases they diagnose and communicate this understanding to their patients so that they can decide on the proper treatment plan and management for each patient. Contextual competency can be broken down into three sub-competencies: (a) physical space, including physical appearance (environmental conditions, equipment, and so on), (b) organizational aspects (personnel and funding), and (c) socio-cultural aspects. As a part of quality, it is highly associated with communication and interpersonal relations. Discussion. ==========. This literature review demonstrated the fact that doctors often give bad communication messages. The current literature review shows there is a gap in knowledge that doctors should pay attention to both communication content and quality, while the previous studies showed that only quality is considered a very important factor affecting doctors' behavior or performance.
