This is a real concern, I've found out that the video is just a preview (i mean the preview I see). It never starts playing. I think you need to check the permissions the browser grants for web content in general.

It uses the same extensions as Chrome, and we have confirmed that it works fine for us on other laptops using Windows, iOS, OS X, and Linux. I know that it doesn't work at all for our android users, so that's probably why he wants to leave and try another browser.
