How can I regain access to my Apple ID with account recovery?

I have had the same Apple ID for over a year.

I had a problem, and so I had to close it down, and created a new one. Now I don't have access to my old one, and can't even get in touch with Apple to ask for help.

The only email address I have is the one I have used in the past, so that I could have access to the new one if it was needed, but I have no way of knowing if I need to get back into my Apple ID. ? Answer: I've been in the same position before. I tried to use the "email" to regain access to the Apple ID, but nothing came back from that. Then I tried to use the "phone number" to regain access, but got the following error message. That was because the new Apple ID didn't match my phone number, but I don't have a phone number for my new Apple ID. So I tried to use the "security question" option, which was the only one that worked. But I can't remember what the security question was, so I would have to try and answer that to regain access to the Apple ID. I tried to search for the question on the internet, but I only found out what the security question is after I had lost access to the Apple ID. So in order to regain access to the Apple ID, you need to be able to answer the security question that was used when the Apple ID was first created. If you can't answer the question, then you will need to reset your Apple ID password and create a new one, which is much harder to do than it sounds. I don't think there is a way to recover the security question, so you will need to reset your password and try again. I was able to regain access to my Apple ID by answering the security question I used when I first created the Apple ID, and resetting the password for my Apple ID. It would have been much better if I had known about the security question when I created my Apple ID, so I'm not sure why Apple did not make that clear when I asked about access to the Apple ID.
