How do you find your iCloud Apple ID password?
In this day and age, almost everyone uses an Apple device for the majority of their needs.
It's important to us that all of your devices - like your laptop, desktop, iPhone, and iPad - are all running on the same iCloud Apple ID.
In other words, if you have more than one Apple device, you need more than one iCloud Apple ID. If you only have one Apple device, you don't need more than one iCloud Apple ID, but in that case, you should change your password and the security question on your iCloud Apple ID.
This article explains how you can find your iCloud Apple ID password and security question. Find your iCloud Apple ID Password. When you log in to the iCloud website on your computer or phone, you'll be asked for your Apple ID and password. If you forgot your Apple ID or password, follow these steps to recover your Apple ID.
Step 1. Log in to the iCloud website Open the iCloud website on your computer or smartphone. You'll see the following page.
Step 2. Click the Forgot Apple ID? link The link takes you to a page where you can reset your Apple ID. Enter your email address in the box next to Your email address. Click Continue in the next window.
Step 3. Add a security question to your iCloud account You can set up a security question to protect your Apple ID, so that you don't forget your password. A security question is a question you can answer, like What color was your high school locker? or What was the name of your first pet? When you reset your Apple ID, select Add a security question. In the next screen, enter a security question for your iCloud Apple ID.
Step 4. Create your new Apple ID When you add a security question, the next screen allows you to enter a new Apple ID. As you create your new Apple ID, you'll also have the option to link your new Apple ID to your iCloud account. To do this, click the Use an existing Apple ID link and enter the email address that is associated with your current Apple ID.
After you complete the process, you can log in to iCloud.
How do I access my iCloud Apple ID?
If you're using iOS 9 or later, you can sign in to iCloud.

For iOS 10, you have to download the Apple App from the App Store. It's called iCloud. You need to log in with your Apple ID before you can use the feature.
Apple offers a great explanation of how to access your Apple ID. Can I use iCloud with multiple devices? Yes. When you sign in to iCloud one device, the accounts you use for iCloud on other devices automatically appear in the list of accounts for your Apple ID.
But if you don't sign in with your iCloud account on other devices, they won't appear when you sign in to iCloud one device. After you sign in to iCloud one device, you can sign in to iCloud on any other device at any time. Can I sign in to iCloud on a non-Apple device? iCloud works with any device that has an Internet connection. You can log in to iCloud on any computer, Mac, iPad, or iPhone.
If you sign in to iCloud on a non-Apple device, it won't appear in the list of accounts for your Apple ID. To sign in to iCloud on a different device, you must download the iCloud App from the App Store and sign in with your Apple ID.

In the Choose Services list, tap Other Services to choose from the following: App Store. After you buy an app, you must turn on the App Store. ICloud stores your app purchases and downloads your apps to your other devices automatically.
Find My iPhone. To recover an iPhone that you lost or misplaced, you must turn on Find My iPhone.
Find My Friends. Use this feature to share your contact information with someone if you need to change your phone number or email address.
ICloud Keychain. Use this feature to store passwords and other personal information so that you don't have to type them in.
How do I find my Apple ID password without resetting my iPhone?
You can get your Apple ID password back, but you have to break into it.
What's the point? How would I ever use my Apple ID password to gain access to someone else's information? What would that accomplish, other than make me look like a big wuss? Answer: When you don't know the Apple ID password of someone you want to log in to, you need to get it back by hacking their phone or device. If you don't have the email associated with the Apple ID, you're out of luck. But that's where the help comes in.
So you lost the email associated with the Apple ID you use for online purchases and iCloud sync? No problem. First, you need to be able to find the Apple ID in question. This is a lot easier than it sounds. You may have noticed that your purchases and iCloud sync are tied to a specific Apple ID. If you were to add an Apple ID, all your accounts would switch over to it. Here's how to find out which one it is.
Step 1. Visit the Settings app and navigate to General > Reset All Settings.
If you didn't see any Apple IDs listed when you logged in to iCloud, that's because it's defaulted to whatever's in your Apple ID card. In this example, we'll assume it's listed as "John Doe," but yours might be listed as a different name. Step 2. Here's the important part: Make sure the photo above appears in the results list (see below). In this example, the person in the photo is named John Doe.
As long as you clicked the checkbox for that photo, you can use it later to find the Apple ID associated with it. Step 3. Next, click on the image and tap on the Details button in the bottom-right corner. It should lead you to your iCloud account.
Here, scroll down and you'll find a section called Apple ID for this device. Below that, click the arrow next to Apple ID.
If you don't have this field, then you don't have any linked Apple IDs or there was no photo associated with your Apple ID on the original iCloud account.
How do I change my Apple ID password on iCloud?
For security reasons, Apple strongly encourages you to change your password on iCloud.

I'm having a hard time signing in to iCloud. What do I do? If you're having trouble signing in to iCloud, try the steps below: Make sure that your Apple ID is connected to the Internet and that you have network connection. If your network doesn't have the most up-to-date security protocols, your computer might be vulnerable to attacks.
If you recently signed up for iCloud, make sure you're using your current email address and password to sign in. If you forgot your password, visit the Forgot Your Password page.
To sign in to iCloud, click Sign In in the upper right-hand corner of the page. If your password isn't working, click Change Password in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
In the Password Change window that appears, enter a new password that is at least 8 characters long and contains a mix of letters, numbers, symbols and other characters. In the Password Confirmation window that appears, enter your new password again. Make sure that the checkbox next to Change Password is selected. Click Change Password. If you are not able to sign in to iCloud, you'll need to reset your password using the Apple Support site. You can also reset your password by visiting the Apple Support site and selecting Reset Password. If you are unable to reset your password, please contact Apple Care for assistance.
When I try to reset my password, I'm told that I've used this password before. Is that true? Yes, if you've used the same password on another website you may be prompted to update it as a result.
