Why can't I block channels on YouTube?

My daughter asked me why I couldn't "block" channels from my YouTube account.

I replied that I couldn't because I don't have the channel on my phone. And yes, I have an Android phone.

But if you don't want to mess with this stuff, you can just block a YouTube channel by IP address. And you can use one of two tools to do that. One is the NoCopyrightMusic YouTube tool that's available to anyone, while the other is a program called Blocking Google from a Specific IP.

How do I stop unwanted videos on YouTube Mobile?

From time to time you see videos and you might want to stop watching them.

Usually there is no reason why you would watch unwanted videos on YouTube because they might contain anything or they might not be funny, entertaining, interesting or otherwise entertaining. If you have found a video you don't like (or don't want to keep on your screen), then there are multiple ways of getting rid of it. You should use this guide if you want to remove the videos that were just played for you on YouTube. These are the methods I've tried.

Video Content. Sometimes you might want to delete videos from YouTube. At the moment of writing this article I found 2 useless videos (and I watched them and deleted them) and that's pretty good. But you should be aware that there might be other, more useful videos.

In most cases deleting videos from YouTube will actually send users to the same video in order to view it. If users want to watch that particular video later, they should type "youtube.com" in the search engine to bring up the video when a user searches for it. There are also some weird situations where users are taken directly to a completely different video if they just want to delete the video. If a user watches a video on his mobile (it might be a new user, it might be a used one) and just wants to delete it, he'll have to type "youtube.com" in the search engine to be directed to the right video, or he'll have to open the Settings section of YouTube and search for it.

On a PC/laptop users can easily delete unwanted video(s) by simply dragging them to the Trash can (or Windows recycle bin). This method will probably work when users delete unwanted videos on mobile as well, although you'll have to perform some steps. Here are the instructions:
