Does iPhone have a timer app?

What is the app that sets multiple timers on iPhone?

I just read a few articles on here about Timer.

App and I was wondering if anyone knows what it is and can explain a little more about it? I was under the impression that you can set multiple timers, but when I try to use it in any other way (like setting a repeat interval) it doesn't work. The only time it works is when you set a "once". Any ideas?

Comments. I had the same problem with the timer. When I set a repeat interval and a duration it wouldn't work, but when I set it as a once, it worked fine. So I am just going to use the one timer app, but if anyone has any info on Timer.app, it would be appreciated.

This is probably an old thread, but I stumbled across it looking for the same thing, so I'll give my two cents. Timer.app has been discontinued. It's no longer available in the App Store. It was a great app, and was one of the first apps to introduce the concept of "reminders" to the iPhone. However, it doesn't work with iOS 5.

If you're looking for an easy-to-use timer app, I've found that "Timer Pro" does the job just fine. It doesn't have the fancy features that Timer.app did, but it works well and has a very clean interface.

For your situation, you could just create a loop that runs every minute, and then use one of the existing methods for scheduling an alert, such as: I just read a few articles on here about Timer. I was under the impression that you can set multiple timers, but when I try to use it in any other way (like setting a repeat interval) it doesn't work.

So basically I'm trying to make an alarm system so I'm trying to set up multiple alarms to ring at different times. I'm pretty sure I could use one of the methods I've found on here to make the alarm, but I'm not sure how to do the multiple alarms. If anyone has any info it would be appreciated.

The app is called Timer.

Does iPhone have a timer app?

I'm working on an app that needs to get the time from the user and save it.

I would like to use NSTimer because I would like to display the date on the screen in a UILabel when the app is running.

I know that you can't use NSTimer and UILabel together, but is there a way around this? Thanks. There's no way around it, but you can use dispatchgetmainqueue() to ensure that your timer is scheduled on the main thread. In iOS 4, you can use the new NSTimer with UILabel. Just make sure that you use the right selector in the code above.
