Is Battle Cats appropriate for kids?

We've all been there.

You're enjoying a lovely evening out with friends, when a random stranger starts talking to you. Or worse still, your kids are playing in the park and someone decides to sit down next to them and ask for their autograph. At those moments, it's easy to be irritated and feel annoyed, but at the end of the day, we just need to be grateful that our kids are old enough to play on their own, or that they're too small to be bothered by a stranger.

But what about when they're toddlers? As you'd expect, I don't have any tips for dealing with annoying, self-centred adults at toddler-friendly events. I can't think of many ways to stop a grown-up being annoying. However, if you're worried about your little one being exposed to unkind behaviour, you might want to consider a kids' event that's run by professionals.

Battle Cats is the name of a new show where two kids perform magic tricks. It's a great idea that I'm glad we stumbled across. We found out about the show after attending an event held at the Royal Albert Hall last year. The event is run by the company that produces the show, which has produced over 100 performances at over 500 events since its launch in 2026. It's now annual fixture on the entertainment calendar.

It seems to be popular with children of all ages. The show aims to entertain children while also encouraging their development in social skills and imaginative play. The company claims that Battle Cats is a show that children learn how to overcome their fears and challenges, in a safe and fun environment.

Battle Cats is being presented by a team of two kids, aged 8 and 10. They're joined by an adult who performs a variety of magic tricks. The show is live and there's no script, so the team are required to improvise their performances as they go. The kids work together, with the adult providing some guidance, but they're free to do what they want. I've seen them perform at events ranging from the Royal Albert Hall to the local library, and it's always a hit.

I've come across some parents who are concerned about Battle Cats being suitable for kids, due to the fact that the show is so energetic. The show does contain some loud noises, like cannons and carousel music.

Why was The Battle Cats deleted?

Because it's a complete ripoff of the original Battle Cats, one of the best webcomics ever made.

Not only was it made by the same creator, but it just uses exactly the same characters and stories, adds no new material, and has a similar format and art style.

It's like the creators never read Battle Cats, or are too lazy to think of an original story for their own comic. And while that sucks, the worst part is how much I hate the new art. It's really ugly.

I love the original comic, and I love the new one, so the fact that I can't enjoy both at the same time is really sad. If you haven't seen it yet, The Battle Cats is an awesome webcomic about a group of space kittens who are battling monsters on a distant planet. It was created by the same person who created the first Avatar movie, James Cameron, which explains why he knows what's up with 3D.

Basically, he just makes a movie that uses 3D as a gimmick, and he's trying to make another one. For now. If he actually makes a good movie, maybe they'll use 3D in Avatar 2.

Anyway, this site lets you play a game where you draw and fight monsters, and it's really cool. It has no real plot, and the monsters don't really matter, but it's fun to draw them.

Mostly, though, I do this to relax and pass the time while waiting for the next batch of Avatar pictures to be posted. You might have noticed that I'm missing the latest Avatar picture. That's because I'm not posting any new pictures of Avatar: The Last Airbender for a while, and that's just because I'm tired of doing that and want to focus on writing instead.

There will be a new picture up at the end of every month, but don't expect new pictures for Avatar pictures every day. I just finished reading Avatar: The Last Airbender, and it was great. The author, Michael Dante DiMartino, wrote the whole thing, so that means it's even better than the first three seasons of the show, which he did as well.

Is The Battle Cats on iOS?

In 2026, the developer of Battle Cats got acquired by Hasbro, who at the time were planning a big new digital strategy.

So far we've only seen Hasbro games on Facebook, with the most recent being Power League. That said, it seems like they've been working on a platform for gaming on iPad which is supposed to be an iPhone and iPod touch app, and it looks amazing. We don't have an app yet, so I can't speak to it, but I am extremely curious what this means. Is Battle Cats finally heading to iOS? Or is that game something that's exclusive to the web on iPad and never will see the light of day on our mobile devices? (Though it does look awesome.) I say, if it's exclusive to the webmaybe?

It may take a while to make the game for iOS, just like it took awhile to do that for mobile. The original dev, Battle Cats, is doing the iOS version. Hopefully Hasbro doesn't go back to Facebook gamingthat's not the kind of experience that I want to play.

Battle Cats may be the start of Hasbro's new iOS strategy, a web/iPhone/iPod Touch app. This one is really well-designed and the animations in the fight scenes are fantastic, so hopefully it's not a port of the Facebook games.

So what should I, a non-gamer, know about Battle Cats as an IP? Like Star vs. The Forces of Evil, where would my money go if I funded the game now? The website is a fun, funny, tongue-in-cheek look at a battle cat world. It has all the fun trappings of something that a game can't provide. It's great for kids and adults of all ages. I love it!

We need more like this where more kids have a creative outlet to release their inner cartoon animal. More video content needs to be released! And for my friends, if you're interested, I have been watching and collecting every webisode that's come out. It looks as though there's about 16 more that will be out soon. Some are hilarious, and I wish we had even more episodes for when they're released to the world.
