You are right. I already checked the Windows version (It is 64 bit on Windows 10). So I installed CCProxyX manually and I got the same message. It turns out that all of CCProxy requires .NET 4. And CCProxyX is based on Mono. When I try to install it, it says "Windows OS Error: 0x80070490". I already checked the Windows version (It is 64 bit on Windows 10).

You are wrong: CCProxy needs a .NET 2.0 or newer - no .1 required.
