How do I remove Family Link restrictions?
Is there any way to get rid of the block in the Family Link section of the portal?
Right now I can't even view my own accounts. It always shows as a red "error" with the message "We are sorry. We couldn't complete your request. Please try again." It's annoyance, because I have several other accounts. Can I delete Family Link somehow?
I went to this website and clicked the link "remove restriction", which took me to a page of options. I only checked "Delete" for that Family Link, and left everything else at its defaults. It was a good idea, although it failed -- after several minutes.
It's hard to tell what might have happened. My only guess is that I clicked a button somewhere else on the page without looking. The website showed my account as being blocked, but I could actually log in. Now it's blocked again.
I'm hoping that it is just a mistake, but it's frustrating to not be able to check my own account. I also tried a little experiment. Right now, when you try to log into your own account, if you click on the "view all links" tab at the top, you're taken to the same page where you should see Family Link, but if you click "remove link", it says "Sorry. You don't have permission to view this link."
I'd just like to add that the information in the article is correct, but perhaps not complete. For example, for this question, what you say is that your own account is blocked. But if you click on the View All Links tab, you will be able to view it. If you log into it, you will be given the option to remove the restriction. (When I tried, it actually worked fine.) It's not the first time this has happened.
When I try to remove the restriction for myself, I get the message "You do not have permission to perform that action". It then links to a page where I can manage Family Link. I'm hoping that's just a red herring.

To change an individual's mobile data setting. How do I allow permissions on Family Link?
My company recently added a new site to our family website.
Unfortunately, the new site is not accessible via the main link at familylink.com, but only through a link that redirects to the main page of the site.
Since the new site is not listed as a home or child on familylink.com, I am not allowed to give permission to access the site. I tried to enter the new link into the "allowed access" section, but it only allows me to enter new links that redirect to the main page.
We have several websites and apps listed on familylink.com, and I want to allow permissions to access all of them. How can I do this?
I can create a new link and enter the new URL, but I'm not allowed to enter any other URL's into the allowed access section.
