Why can't i watch Channel 4 with VPN?

I want to watch Channel 4 through my VPN server in India, but the app doesn't show the channel 4 logo or an option to watch channel 4.

I have searched for answers, and have tried changing DNS servers, restarting my device, etc. Nothing works.

I just realised that the problem is with the DNS servers. I had to change my DNS servers to the ones which I got from my ISP. After changing my DNS servers, the Channel 4 logo and the option to watch Channel 4 appeared.

Why can't i connect to All 4?

I'm trying to use a Netgear WNDR4500 router to access my Internet connection from my Mac.

I've enabled the option to "allow all traffic" on the router. The router is set up as the default gateway, but when I open up a browser on my Mac, it doesn't connect. Is there something I'm missing?

The problem was that the router was set to automatically connect to the network, but wasn't actually connected. In the case of the router, the network it was connected to had to be set to allow all connections.

There are a number of US based websites that serve up BBC iPlayer streams including ABC.com which you can use as a VPN to access BBC iPlayer. It is worth noting though that these services might break during transmission so be careful!

What's in the box? When the box arrived it was filled to the brim with all of the goodies you need for recording. It's probably a mistake on their part, most VPN providers will say that their services are not available in every country but it's probably just a mistake, maybe a typo or something. Yeah, that's what I thought, but I don't know how to contact them to find out. Well, they do have a UK customer service page but it's mainly about how to use the VPN. There are no phone numbers and no email address. It's all over the place. I'm going to contact them by phone to see if I can get a better answer.

What I really need to know is, does it work with Channel 4, ITV2 and the like? I'm going to start with their UK page because there is a phone number for it. It's possible Channel 4 might work but they probably won't. That's a very niche channel and probably not going to be that popular. So it's probably not going to matter.

That's a good point. Some people said they're based in the US so it's possible they're not going to work with channels that are broadcast outside of the US.
