What to do if TunnelBear is not working?

How do I get TunnelBear to work on my iPhone?

I recently purchased TunnelBear for my iPhone and iPad.

Unfortunately, I found it impossible to get it to work. I have an iPhone 5s running iOS 9.3 and an iPad Pro with the latest iOS update (10.3). Both devices are set up for cellular data only.

I downloaded the TunnelBear app on both devices and opened it. TunnelBear does not appear in the Apps list. I have tried turning on cellular data on my iPhone and iPad, then turning it off and back on again, but TunnelBear still does not appear in the Apps list.

Is this a bug? If so, how do I get TunnelBear to work? I have been trying to get TunnelBear to work for almost 2 weeks and have been unable to resolve this issue. Please help! Also, I've noticed that when I open TunnelBear from the home screen, the app itself loads quickly. When I open the app from the App Store, it takes a few seconds longer to load. I'm assuming that this is due to the fact that I have not yet connected TunnelBear to my Wi-Fi network, which is why it takes a few seconds longer to load.

You may find that you can get TunnelBear to launch by tapping the app icon on your home screen and selecting "Open." This will bypass the App Store entirely and allow you to launch TunnelBear straight from the home screen.

I have read your post and checked the App Store, and can't find TunnelBear. Is there any way to update or install TunnelBear on my device? I would appreciate any help.

The latest version of TunnelBear for iOS is TunnelBear Lite, which I just downloaded from the App Store. This is a free app. To activate TunnelBear Lite, tap the app icon in the Home screen and select the "Activate" option.

I'm running iOS 10.2 on an iPhone 5s with cellular data enabled. The problem I have is that I installed TunnelBear for iOS, then was unable to get TunnelBear to launch. I could not see TunnelBear in the App Store or in the Apps list on my iPhone. I couldn't even find the TunnelBear icon in the home screen.

TunnelBear does work with my iPhone, but only when I first launch the app.

Why is TunnelBear having difficulty creating a secure tunnel?

TunnelBear has encountered a problem creating secure tunnels to various web sites.

We're working hard to fix it, but in the meantime, we want to make sure you know that your security is not compromised by this problem. To verify that you are using a secure tunnel, you can follow these steps: Open a new browser tab and type "about:inspect" into the address bar. If you see an HTTPS request instead of HTTP, you're using a secure connection. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will notify you when the issue is fixed.

If you don't want to perform these steps, you can add our IP address to your browser's exception list. You can find out how to do that in the article below.

Why is TunnelBear having trouble connecting to a website? What's TunnelBear's IP address? It is a private network that belongs to us. You can find it in the drop-down menu in the top right corner of every TunnelBear page. How do I use TunnelBear with Tor Browser? If you're using Tor Browser, simply add our IP address to your exception list. I've been trying to use TunnelBear but it's not working. What do I do?

What to do if TunnelBear is not working?

If TunnelBear is not working for you, there are several things you can try: Go to your Device -> Settings -> Network & Internet, and select a different network provider.

Clear the TunnelBear cache in the browser. You can clear the Cache data, Cookies, Downloads and Tempdata folders. You can also restart your browser and clear all the cookies for the affected website.

Restart your device. Update the TunnelBear software. Go to your Device -> Updates and check for any updates for TunnelBear. Turn off your device and turn it on again. If none of these solutions work, try to delete the TunnelBear app from your device or remove the TunnelBear app from your device, and then reinstall it. Why does TunnelBear work slower on some devices? On some devices, TunnelBear works slower than on others. This is because certain devices have a lot of other apps or processes running on the device, which may affect TunnelBear.

For example, many Android devices have a lot of background applications running on them and this may cause issues for TunnelBear. You may also experience delays when updating the TunnelBear app or signing in with your TunnelBear username and password. You can try to disable as many other background applications as possible, to make sure that TunnelBear works correctly.
