Is it possible to find out a Wi-Fi password?

I have a client in the Philippines.

We are developing a website for them. I am getting the IP address of the client and trying to figure out the Wi-Fi password of that Wi-Fi Network from which that IP address came from. I tried WifiPassFinder.com but this is not working for me. Any idea how I can get this Wi-Fi password?

You can use WifiPassFinder and try their WiFi pass catcher (which can also be used in place of "WifiPassFinder"). They have a free version with limited access, or you can buy a license from them which gives you unlimited use of the WiFi pass catcher feature. The WifiPassFinder is pretty straight forward to use. You scan for networks around you, select one and press enter.

How do I connect to free Wi-Fi?

How do I find Wi-Fi name and password?

If the router's username and password are not set by the manufacturer, then use one of these tools to get the info you need.

If it's a secured (or in some cases at least encrypted) router then you will need to find the WEP key that was used (it will probably be in the router configuration page, under Wireless Settings or Advanced Options). If that's the case, then the router is either "open", or you have a chance of guessing the WEP key.
