How do I reset Google search on my iPhone?
I have been having problems with the Google search on my iPhone since last week.
I've been trying to reset it and reset the Google app, but to no avail. When I try to search from the Google App on my iPhone, it shows a Search unavailable message. I also tried resetting my iPhone and it didn't fix the problem. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!
Hi there! There's a number of things you can try. The first thing you should do is log out of your Google account. Next, sign out of the Google app. Now, try to search again. If you're still experiencing problems, you can try to sign in to the Google app with another account. If that doesn't work, we recommend that you contact Apple Support for assistance. Good luck!
Why is Google search not working on Safari?
I was trying to search for something in google using Safari but to my surprise, the results are not coming.
I am using latest version of Safari, I searched and did everything right and Google is not coming up on the first page even though when I click on the address bar the URL changes to www.com but for some reason I cannot find anything that matches my search.
The problem is with Safari, because it worked fine with the other version of Safari before (Safari 4.1). When I was searching on Google with Safari 4.1, I got the normal "Page not found" page. But in this new version, it does not come up to anything, not even on the first page. It is also not showing any error. It just stays like a blank page after I typed in the URL.
I have tried following steps-. Turned on the history. Disabled the private browsing. Cleared the cookies. Disabled the Google toolbar. I also disabled the AdBlock plus and the content blocker extension in the Safari.e. These were enabled when I was using Safari 4.1 but now I turned them off.
When I turn the private browsing back on, I get the same result. I am stuck on a blank page after typing the URL. This also happens on all my browsers. I use Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
It just seems like google.com is down or some such, as it doesn't load up. The same thing happened to a couple of my other favorite sites but google, facebook and Twitter seemed to work normally.
How do I solve this problem? I really need help on this. I will add more details if required. Note- I am trying to find something on Android, but I will switch it to a generic question. Thank you for this answer but I didn't see that option. I checked it and didn't see anything but I can give you a screenshot of what I did.
I will try removing the last entry in the array from the list and save it. Then restart the device and check if google.com is showing up in the search result. If it is still not appearing in the search results, can you try adding in another list which is shown above the list that shows the search results and save that?
