Why can't I see all reviews on Glassdoor?

The number of reviews on Glassdoor is set to all, except for the review filter field.

This affects when you can sort by total stars and average rating. If you want to hide all reviews or keep reviews of companies with which you are currently not associated, click on the filter link. The review filter field is grayed out.

I have to sign-in or create a new account. Why? You need to sign in to view company data and to apply to jobs, all jobs and jobs for all locations. How do I change my password? When you sign in to your Glassdoor account, there will be a link on the top right that says "Manage". Click on it and go to the "Account" section. Change your password there.

What does "Your company's employee rating" mean? When you look at any one company page, you'll see a line called "Your company's employee rating". This rating represents how well that company meets Glassdoor's criteria for what an employer should be. Companies with an "employer grade" of "A" or "B" in this section will meet our criteria. Companies with an "employer grade" of "C" or "D" are not eligible for our Best Places to Work lists. Click here to find out more about our criteria for listing.

Why is my employer grade not showing up? You're probably in the "Your company's employee rating" section. If you don't see "A" or "B" next to your company name, click on "Company Summary". On the page that comes up, make sure that the employer grade field is correct. You can find the employer grade field on the left-hand side of the summary page.

Why are there some pages and not others? Not all pages appear for all users. For example, if you're a Member, you can view your own reviews. If you're a Member but not a Company Reviewer, you'll be able to view only your own reviews. If you are a Company Reviewer, you can view your own reviews and those of anyone who's a Member. If you're a company reviewer and you click on your own profile, it will lead you to your company page.

We work as a marketing department at a very small agency and we're currently receiving negative reviews from some individuals. These are people that never worked at our agency, and who don't even seem to actually use Glassdoor to look for jobs or companies. How do I unlock Glassdoor reviews?

If you are curious to see what people are saying about your firm on Glassdoor, but don't want to get hired because you will not want to lie to the company on LinkedIn, go to Google and find out what kind of reputation you have by searching the reviews that people have posted.

I did this before I interviewed for a job as a project manager at an HR company and I was shocked at how negative the reviews were and at how many people were asking me to lie on their LinkedIn profile to keep the job. It was a great lesson in honesty, transparency, and integrity. If you make something your number one priority, it will become the thing you do every day.
