How do I change security settings in Outlook 365?

In the Outlook 365 mail app, I'd like to change the security settings so emails that are sent from one of my Gmail accounts are all marked as being 'read'.

This is for an application that I will be writing that uses these same accounts and sending emails with those account names in the "From" line.

I've set up an email to test it: (gmail.com" email to be marked as read and vice-versa.

How do I do that? I know you change it through mail.live.com but I am unable to access this online. I'd appreciate any help!

To add a mail account, go to Settings > Accounts and click Add. Then choose Gmail and proceed to add the account. From then on, any mails you send from this email account will be marked as read. You may also want to consider adding more then one Gmail account, in case you want to send mails from both at the same time, or if you ever forget which account is active.
