NordVPN seems to be working fine with Windows but for some reason in some cases it is just logging me into the VPN in an endless redirect.

I get it the first time I use the app, and then it works perfectly ever after. The weirdest thing is that the app can't even connect in a browser when I'm not connected to the internet at the time (eg, work and don't have cell signal). Is this a firewall setting? I am currently unable to find a connection in my Windows PC; whenever I try to connect to the Internet, it logs me into the internet instantly. When the VPN fails to connect (which I've experienced more than once), when doing so manually, I receive the following error from Firebase: "Firebase can't continue because your app isn't configured for Push Notifications." In my Firebase console, however, I have been sent notifications and there is no error.

This might be an issue I had when I first downloaded NordVPN. I have a Windows 10 laptop that connects and works with no problems, and I'm trying to make a dual boot of Windows 11. I installed the VPN on my Windows 10 laptop, and that works, but my Windows 11 refuses to connect. I have tried both the native Windows 10 VPN and the free OpenVPN. Both do not work, and my Windows 11 refuses to connect to them. The connection keeps saying that it's connecting, and then fails.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the VPN, and still nothing. The VPN is not blocked by my router, as I have tried uninstalling the VPN and connecting with a wifi connection, and it still refused to connect. It's a Linksys WNAP600n router.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can try to fix this? I have spent all day trying to get this to work, and I'm ready to just re-install Windows 10. My guess is that your VPN software (openvpn, or whatever) isn't connecting to the VPN server at the time you're trying to connect. Or perhaps there is a firewall between your computer and the VPN server that's preventing the connection.

How did you test the VPN connection? You did it on your Windows 10 laptop? Did you try and connect with a wired connection as well?
