Tags are used to attach keywords and categorise your recruiters and listings to assist Recruiter with improving your search results. Tags are a unique way to filter your search results as you are able to use multiple tags to narrow down your results to a specific section of jobs or to a position type.
For example you might have created a tag for 'Sales' and used it to create a search result for a Sales role within your company. To do this, simply select the name of the tag from the filter box on the left of your search result. If you would like to change the type of tag assigned to a search result or even remove one completely, click the cross icon in the top right-hand corner of the box.
Please note, if you have already created a Search Result based on this field, this action will override the default tags that are assigned to that search result. If you wish to modify the default tags assigned to your Search Results based on this field, please click the Edit button at the bottom of the Field Guide page.
As long as you are logged into your LinkedIn Recruiter account, clicking on the filter should then give you a few results. Clicking one of those results should display the job information and contact details.

So, you may be thinking, how do I do that in HubSpot, and the answer is you don't have to. When you create your own campaign, those tags are not automatically added to your listings or jobs. (I know, they should be, and for those who make that claim, I agree.)
That's why we're working hard to make that automatic for the future, but for now it's not there. It will be on that feature list, and hopefully next month it will be built in.
