Will Google refund unauthorized purchases?
If you buy a product through the Google Play Store, it could cost you.
There are a few things that are important to note about Android apps. First, they don't usually come with the ability to uninstall them if you don't want them anymore. That means you have to either keep them installed in your phone, or delete them off your phone completely.
Second, they usually come with a lot of ads. If you're not into that kind of thing, you can always disable the ads for the apps. But what if you accidentally bought an app and then later found out that you didn't want to use it? What if you bought an app and then you found out that it was bad, and it was causing problems for you?
There's a reason why we're not supposed to take apps out of our phones. They're not designed to be taken out. You don't want to take a TV out of your house and try to move it to the basement. It might work, but it's probably not going to work. The same goes for apps.
Now, there is one place where you can get your money back. If you accidentally bought an app on the Google Play Store, you can ask for a refund. There are a few things you should know though.
How to Request a Refund. You have to get into the Settings on your phone. Then go to the Google Play Store. Click on your name, and then click on the Account tab.
Now, scroll down to the bottom, and you'll see the last option. It says Refunds. Click on that.
Now, you'll have to enter a reason for the refund. Give the reason something like I accidentally bought this app. I didn't want it.
Now, you'll have to click on Cancel Purchase. Once that's done, Google will automatically send a refund to your account. The refund should take anywhere from a few hours to a few days to show up.
