How do I remove parental control password from ESET?

Does ESET have parental controls?

I'm a little confused by that.

So I think it's safe to assume ESET doesn't have parental controls.

When I first started using eset, it said it was a virus, but I could still use it. If I shut it down, it never comes back.

Infected Computer is a good anti-virus software. Is ESET free ? I dont understand the difference between Inatected and Infected Computer.

The difference between Infected Computer and Inatected Computer is, that one uses the ESET database of known viruses, while the other uses the Microsoft database of known viruses. If you have any problem with the ESET database, please contact our technical support and request for a refund from them. I can confirm this, I have never had problems with any malware with this software. The only thing that ever happens is ESET will alert me when something is new. That is it, no freezing, nothing else.

How do I remove parental control password from ESET?

I got ESET free for 30 days and signed up.

Everything was cool in first 2-3 days then I tried to remove parental control password from ESET and it says: "Unable to sign into your ESET account with the correct password". When I try to sign into my account with wrong password, then I get this error: "Unable to connect to the internet", "Internet Connection Failed" and "ESET Security has detected that your system is infected by malware". My question is how to remove parental control password from ESET?

The solution (for your problem) is simple - you don't, remove parental control at all. There are no legitimate reasons for such "password" and it doesn't do anything but wasting your time.

If you have any other problems, I suggest you contact your ESET Support for help.

How do I use parental controls on ESET?

Some ESET apps offer parental controls that help you enforce the usage rules for your children.

Those apps also provide web protection services, antivirus protection or antispyware protection. You can use those app's parental controls to protect your child from Internet-borne threats, such as malware and viruses.

To enable parental controls on your ESET antivirus solution, just press the 'SETUP' button at the very bottom left of your screen and then select 'Setup Rules'. Select an account for parental controls. In ESET there are different accounts that can be used for all the settings, but this is not the default option. First select your email address as an account.

You will receive an e-mail message with a link to your web page that will explain how to activate your account. After activation, follow the simple steps described in the link.

Enable parental control rules. In your web browser, go to the ESET setup website. There is a menu button in the top right corner. Select the 'Setup' tab and click the dropdown arrow. Then click on the 'Setup Rules' tab. You can find more information about each feature on the same tab.

Download and install the app from ESET app store. Once you have logged in, you will see the app icon in the main screen (left screenshot). To start the setup process, just download the app from ESET App Store.

You can decide to start from your home screen or from the welcome screen. In any case, once you start the setup process you will see this screen: If you prefer to skip to the finish, just click the 'Start' button. Add ESET App. After you start the installation process of the app, you will be asked to insert your ESET ID number. This number can be found in the ESET Setup page under App Setup.

You can use the app's web service to configure your app (this is disabled during setup), or you can choose the 'Set up rules automatically' option and you will have to answer a couple of simple questions. The first rule will be for the child. The first question asks to select your child's account.
