How do I stop chrome from blocking a website?

When I try to open a file on a website that is on it's way through some javascript on the client side, chrome blocks my web browser.

Chrome will not let me view my web browser if the file is loaded by javascript. And I cannot use F12 to figure out what is going on since chrome does not want me to see my browser.

I have set the flag, "Allow pop ups, cookies, and all that for this site". How do I view a page with these type of files? Thanks! Open the URL in a browser, eg. I just installed Chrome and when I try to access a website it says I can't access that website. I am using Ubuntu 18.04.

I can go to the website in my browser (Firefox) but not from Chrome. If you are using a router you need to make sure that all your network interfaces are configured correctly. The easiest way is to install an IP-tables firewall for example ufw. Afterwards start it with sudo ufw enable. Then try again to access your websites. If it doesn't work you can use the command sudo ufw status to see which rules are currently enabled.
