Why is Surfshark not working anymore?

I've been using Surfshark for a while now and it has been working perfectly well.

However, I have noticed that since the last update, surfing no longer works. I click on the Surfshark logo and then I am presented with a blank screen.

Surfshark still works if you surf without logging in. It only doesn't work when logged in.

Is this just a temporary glitch or is there a serious problem with the service? I've tried to contact their support by phone but the calls go unanswered. Update: I was able to log in after I waited about 15 minutes. Update: The problem seems to have been fixed. I have been surfing without any problems since.

Update: It looks like I may have been lucky. A couple of days later, I logged in again and the service didn't work. The following day, it worked again without me having to log in.

Update: The problem has returned and I haven't been able to surf in over 24 hours. Update: I logged in today and the problem has returned. I am hoping that the service will start working again soon.
