I am unable to use the app on my phone (Android 4.0.3). It won't launch. It says "Failed to load the native library."

It does work on my laptop though. From what I understand, you can only use the VPN through the WiFi hotspot provided by the phone, so you will never be able to use the VPN unless you are connected to a WiFi hotspot.
