You can use any public key you want, as the security of the VPN depends largely on the key itself. Now, extract the file into the "/etc/ppp/" directory of your machine. Open the "/etc/ppp/peers/your name" file, edit the "auth-command" line, and add "passwd" line.

Our example uses the following configuration. PPTP server's hostname is "multi-server" and the server's IP address is "10.20.30.40". By default, the "singlestartup" option is set.
