Why won't Microsoft Store download Netflix?

I have an Android smartphone. ? That is, the new Netflix app on my phone. In fact, the Netflix app I've downloaded from Google Play Store works. It does the same things as the new Netflix app I've installed from Microsoft Store.

It's the same app. But why doesn't the Microsoft Store version of the app download and install Netflix? I'm not asking for Netflix to add a special build to Windows Phone. I'm just asking why the Netflix app I've downloaded from Microsoft Store won't download Netflix. I'm on an HTC One M8. When I'm on my PC at work, or on my PC at home, the Netflix app I've installed from Microsoft Store will download Netflix, and it will play Netflix movies and TV shows on my PC. But on my phone, when I open the Microsoft Store version of the Netflix app, it does not download and install Netflix. Instead, it does nothing.

There is no Netflix app for Windows 10 in the Windows Store. There are other apps like Pluto TV that may be of interest to you. You can use the Windows Store from an iOS or Android device using the Windows Device Portal app.

If you're on a Windows Phone, there's also an app called Neflix.

It's been a fun week to be 'Netflix free' since the company released its list of content available to stream on Microsoft's upcoming streaming service. You'll be able to stream series like Stranger Things, The Umbrella Academy and American Vandal, as well as feature length movies like Bird Box and The Irishman. It seems like any new video streaming service has to offer at least one show you've never seen before. But Netflix went big on originals and it turns out some great shows. One of them is the comedy series On My Block, which premieres Friday on Netflix. So when you have to cancel your Netflix subscription, you're going to have to wait until next week.

How is Netflix coming to Microsoft's streaming service? Netflix currently offers an Apple TV app that lets you download videos to watch on an Apple TV or through the Apple TV app on an iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac or Apple Watch. The same should be true for the Microsoft service, which will also be available on iPhones, iPads, Apple TVs and Macs as well as Microsoft Surface Hub and Skype for Business Pro devices. Microsoft and Netflix also announced a partnership that includes a Microsoft-exclusive app called Stream on Xbox and TV on Xbox, which will let you watch video from Netflix on the Xbox One X console and the Xbox One S console.

What Microsoft won't offer with Stream on Xbox and TV on Xbox is the ability to download Netflix videos, so you'll have to wait for the streaming service. And while there are rumors about what will be available when Netflix comes to Microsoft, it doesn't seem like we'll see everything in the streaming service right away. On My Block, for example, will probably be exclusive to the streaming service and won't be available anywhere else. (That seems like a weird decision, because the show is really fun to watch even if you can't download it.)

By now you should know that Netflix is a great place for watching movies and shows. You can even binge watch a whole season of a show in one sitting, if you're the type who has that many free time. But have you noticed that Netflix app for Xbox 360 is still not available on Microsoft Store?

Microsoft has started working on its own version of the Netflix app, which is called Netflix, but will it be available to Windows 10 users soon? Reader comments. Netflix free in Microsoft Store? I wouldnt even try to install that on my xbox. I know a lot of people are saying it wont work, but just curious if it is even coming out for my xbox, because I know it hasnt been on xbox live yet.

The problem is that Microsoft doesn't have any way of ensuring that the App will be compatible with the hardware, or how long it'll be supported. It's a good way to get some developers to write apps, but once the App comes out and the hardware needs to be updated, it's a lot harder to maintain that App.

How do I download Netflix from Microsoft Store?

Can't Install App. You can only install apps from the Microsoft Store that are compatible with the device you have. For example, your Lumia 950 or Lumia 950 XL is running Windows 10 Mobile Redstone 1 (aka Anniversary Update), so it's compatible with apps that are compatible with these devices. There is not an installer for your phone. Try re-installing the OS to see if it fixes the issue; Your Microsoft account is disabled. To set your account as having been disabled for troubleshooting purposes: Go to Settings > Accounts > Sync your apps and settings (For Android users: You'll need to sign in using your Microsoft account, but don't use your email address to verify). Then sign out of the account. If you signed out of your old Microsoft account and used your email address to verify, you will need to set a new password. To sign out of your new Microsoft account: Sign in with your new Microsoft account. Or from your email account, go to Settings > Accounts > Sync your apps and settings. On the screen that appears, go to Disable account. Enter the name of the account you want to disable, and then enter your new password. Click Save.
