We have proxy enabled and use the school's dns to look up what our IP address is. So we are using that to get past the block of Hulu and Netflix and other things. Is that what you are saying? How do I know I have proxy enabled, and that the school's dns is doing the lookup for me and is looking up our IP address and getting our DNS servers or something? Yes, I am sure there are many ways to get around it, but the first step is getting Netflix working in your school. The reason you ask is because if I were to set up some sort of proxy or access point for people to use to bypass the block, then everyone's IP would be changing which would require a new setup.
