D) Any other software or hardware that facilitates connecting to a public tracker through an intermediary host which then redirects those connections to the tracker. E) Any other software/hardware that allows anyone on the internet to connect to any tracker via an intermediary host. It's difficult to tell if these packages exist, since I don't have enough time to look for them, and I can't spend money on tools/resources to verify if they're out there. I do have access to a VPS that I could look into, but I'm not sure how feasible this will be.

I'm willing to assume that there is some "good" software/hardware which achieves the goal stated above, but I'm also aware that might be an unreasonable assumption. Hence the question.
