To start, there is no support for DNS Leak Protection. If you use OpenVPN with a Windows host, there is also no built-in support for using a non-Windows DNS service. The client will run if you use OpenDNS, but you have to change the DNS settings on the server. This means that you have to manually make these changes in two places:

1) The OpenVPN config file. 2) The DNS service for your server. The client supports PFS, but you have to manually enable it. The client supports SSL-TLSv1, but you have to manually enable it. This is another way that OpenVPN is not the perfect solution. SSL-TLSv1 is a very old protocol, and is not the best option.
